I came for an appointment with Zinaida Vasilyevna, whom I found through doc.kz by reviews. Before that, I had been treated for a year by another gastroenterologist for GERD and gastritis, but there was no result, and I could not understand why the anaemia was not being treated, even though I had been taking an iron supplement for a year already.

Zinaida Vasilyevna is a good specialist, a professional in her field. She explained everything clearly, made the diagnosis straight away based on my complaints, listened attentively and explained why I had these symptoms. She named the cause, and it turned out that previously I had been given an incorrect diagnosis and the wrong treatment had been prescribed. She didn't even have to guess the diagnosis and treatment. A doctor sent from God. I searched for a good specialist for a long time, at first I thought all the reviews were bought, but no — she really is an educated doctor sent from God. Thank you very much.

The appointment did not start at the appointed time; I waited by the office for half an hour. The doctor prescribed many tests and, without waiting for their results, prescribed treatment. I was supposed to send her the results on WhatsApp. I came with a problem and wanted to solve it, but in the end I lost 150 thousand and now everything has to be started over.

After I sent the results on WhatsApp, the treatment remained the same. The treatment itself did not help me at all. On WhatsApp the doctor rarely replies and says that I should have booked an appointment, although she herself said that further communication would be via WhatsApp and that I did not need to come again. Now she states that she does not intend to work for free, that I need to book an appointment, and she even asks me to book with another doctor. 15,000 is not free. In the end, minus 150 thousand, and everything has to be started over. Do not believe the reviews — they are inflated.
