Patient story
I went to this doctor because he has great experience. During the appointment he said that the tests had to be done here.
Disliked
What I expected and reality turned out to be completely different. To me it looked like a business made just to take money. The doctor could not tell me anything specific; on the contrary, he himself asked me questions, asking "what did they say when you went there, what did they say when you went here". Do not trust his experience, he does not know everything fully.

The appointment went very well. The doctor explained everything competently, prescribed a diet, set out the treatment and told me in detail about each prescribed medication.

I brought my child for an appointment with Presnova Nina Mikhailovna. She examined the child and carefully studied the tests, after which she competently prescribed a treatment protocol as an infectious disease specialist, gastroenterologist and paediatrician, without any supplements — and this, in my opinion, is the main thing in treatment.

We came for an appointment with a fever, abdominal pain and a headache. My son lay on the couch with pain and fever, he barely endured the appointment, which lasted 1 hour and 10 minutes. The doctor referred us for an abdominal ultrasound, but we learned nothing new there. She showed the complete blood count.
Disliked
I did not like the doctor at all. She said that my son just wanted to look at his phone or go home, while giggling and claiming that his temperature was normal. After the ultrasound she stated that all the lymph nodes were inflamed and that was why everything hurt him, although the sonographer said the lymph nodes were normal. She even argued with me. About the complete blood count she said the results were like those of an old grandpa. She scared me to death. Out of respect for an elderly person I kept silent. In the end my son had a rotavirus infection, and even that she could not diagnose!
