Before getting an appointment with Rakhimov Kairat Umirzakovich, I spent a long time searching the internet for a good traumatologist, going by reviews, category, qualifications and experience. I was struck that out of 52 reviews only 1 was unsatisfactory, 1 good and 50 excellent. After a consultation with the radiologist at the UDP hospital, where we were told that treatment was hopeless, we were in despair. But Kairat Umirzakovich instilled faith and hope in us, described the condition in detail, the treatment programme and the possibilities of recovery, and clearly defined a plan of action.

I booked an appointment with the doctor for 17:30, but I only got in to see him at 18:06.

I have no complaints about the doctor himself.

The reception desk is a complete mess: the girls sit there, batting their eyelashes and booking people anyhow, even though I was booked for 17:30. This is a mistake by the receptionists, because of it I was late for work. It seems the management gives such instructions just to fleece people for money. They did not properly explain why this happened.
