I booked an appointment with this doctor through Doc kz, and at the appointment I had to wait 45 minutes, almost an hour, although before, when we booked appointments with other doctors, we were seen on time.
Disliked
With this doctor I did not get a single answer to my questions, he did not give a proper prescription, he left me with a question in my head — like sort it out yourselves. And on top of that he is very rude. I also do not advise booking through Doc kz because before, when we booked appointments with doctors, they saw us on time, but here we had to wait 45 minutes, even about an hour.

We went to the trauma surgeon Kairat Umirzakovich with my son, he had a broken arm. The doctor detected a displacement and explained that the fracture was not a simple one and that the treatment timelines must be strictly followed. The first cast was uncomfortable and started to crumble, so it was replaced with a Scotchcast, and with it the treatment became more comfortable and calmer.

I came for an appointment, and I want to note that the queues there are always lively, but if you come around 11 o'clock, there are noticeably fewer people. Appointments run until 5 on weekdays, and on Saturday — until 9 or 10 in the evening.
