  I took my daughter to the nephrology department of the Mother and Child Medical Centre in Astana several times. I received individual treatment from the head of the department, Saltanat Sagyndykovna, but my daughter's condition worsened and she became swollen. Three doctors treated her in that department, but there was no result, and we returned home with regret. My daughter has chronic kidney disease, so I had gone to Astana with hope.

  The head of the nephrology department turned out to be a very bad doctor, she brought my daughter to the point of swelling. At that time I had no opportunity to write a complaint, because my daughter's health was more important. Later, when I went to the Mother and Child Medical Centre in Astana through the portal not once but several times, I became convinced that the specialists of the nephrology department are poor. Three doctors treated her, and from all three I saw no result. Even when I received individual treatment from Saltanat Sagyndykovna, my daughter swelled up and reached a frightening condition. Although I went to Astana several times with hope, my hope was dashed like water sprinkled on the ground, and I returned with great regret. Now I wish healing for my daughter's illness and I say, may Allah not let them fall into the hands of these people. As a mother I was in a very difficult situation, let the whole country know!
