I booked through the Dok kz website, but a girl called me and suggested moving the appointment to a later time. I said it was urgent, there is a small child at home and the time is very important, but in the end I agreed. I came to the clinic, waited for my time and went in, and right after me a girl came in and said that she was in the walk-in queue and had been waiting for a long time. Then another girl came in and started complaining that her appointment had been half an hour earlier and she couldn't get in because of the queue of people.
I ask you to sort out the patient records and manage the queue correctly, without mistakes, because this disorder affects the clinic's rating.
