I booked a morning appointment, then they called me and confirmed the booking, but when I arrived, the doctor was not there. None of the medical staff knew anything about my appointment.

The doctor was not there, although the appointment was confirmed by phone, and none of the staff was aware of it. Also, the website states one price for the service, but in fact they charged another. I refused. I will not recommend it to anyone.
