I was lucky to find a doctor who truly follows the principles of evidence-based medicine, although that is not easy. The appointment was thorough, without haste, with a deep analysis of my situation, and the doctor was genuinely engaged.

I was very pleased that the prescriptions did not include the useless remedies and supplements that are often pushed in commercial centres. The doctor does not promote manufacturers' services and is not keen on alternative medicine, which often only does harm. A month ago we had an appointment with Kairat Dzhumabekovich. We came straight away with the test results, the doctor listened to us, checked everything and prescribed a couple more additional tests, as well as treatment. After the appointment he said that we could report the results via WhatsApp, which we did. Now a follow-up in 5 months.
