Disliked
I did not like that the appointment system does not work: the timing was not taken into account, and because of this I did not get to see the doctor. I do not blame the doctor for this — the problem is with the organisation of appointments.

I booked my mother in for a cardiac ultrasound, and only afterwards planned to go to the cardiologist with the results.
Disliked
The doctor grumbled and made moralising remarks that I should have gone to the cardiologist first and then had the echo and ultrasound done. This spoiled my mother's mood; it could have been explained in a friendlier way.

I had an appointment at this clinic, where a Holter monitor was fitted at 20:30 and I was told it needed to be removed after 24 hours. The next day I came at the appointed time, but the doctor was not there, and without any warning I was rescheduled to 17:30, even though my doctor was off that day. In the end, the device had to be removed on my own in the blood test room.
Disliked
I did not like the organisation of the appointment: I was rescheduled without warning, booked in with a male doctor without my consent, which matters to me because of religious norms, and I had to remove the Holter monitor myself. From a private clinic I expected a more attentive and responsible attitude.
