I brought my son to an appointment with Nurbolat Ospanovich; we came specially from another city. Before the appointment we were very nervous, but as soon as we went in to the doctor, we immediately calmed down. He listened attentively, was not distracted by anything — not by a hundred, not by the computer, not by anyone else. He talked with the child, found an approach to him, examined him without rushing. We did not want to leave him.
