Patient story
The appointment with the doctor turned out to be very useful for me. I had doubts about the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis that another doctor had made. Zhanna Tanirbergenovna examined me fully, studied the tests, did several additional tests and suggested that the pain in my arm was not caused by arthritis but had a neurological nature — related to a pinched nerve. Because of the holidays I have not yet managed to undergo the diagnostic procedures to check this, but such a diagnosis seems to me at least much more likely, and at least I understand what needs to be done to check it.

Thank you to Zhanna Tanirbergenovna for the detailed explanations, for her involvement and professionalism. It is very important when a doctor realises in time that this is not her pathology and does not start treating everyone for "her" disease.

I am very grateful to this doctor: tactful, educated, competent, attentive and talented. This is exactly the kind of specialist I had been looking for for a long time — one who digs deep instead of throwing up her hands. A professional in her field! I recommend her 1000%.

Today I visited this doctor for the first time. The doctor listened to me attentively when I told her about my complaints and conducted a fairly detailed examination. Everything was explained to me clearly and I was given a referral for tests.
