  I want to thank Khainikamal Barshановна for her golden hands, deep professional knowledge and her ability to find the right calming words that help you recover faster. She is a doctor with a capital D. I am very pleased with the treatment and the result I got, and also with the fact that such a wonderful person and specialist in her field has appeared in my life.   Patient story

  I arrived 10 minutes late, but I was still seen and had the operation — I had a large abscess in my armpit.

  Patient story

  I arrived 10 minutes before the appointed time, and I was seen almost immediately. The doctor is a woman, friendly and strict. She asked me in great detail about my medical history and complaints, and performed the required examination.

  The doctor is competent and very attentive. She gave me full information about the prescription: how, when and with what to take and apply it. I followed everything she said, and within a few weeks everything was resolved. With another proctologist, the treatment had no effect for me.

  I consulted this doctor two years ago, and back then the treatment went perfectly. Today I came for an appointment again, and it turned out to be just as informative and useful.

  Patient story

  I encountered haemorrhoids after my second childbirth. I had never dealt with this before, I thought it would pass me by and everything would go away on its own, so I put off going to the doctor. But deep down I understood that it couldn't be left untreated, otherwise there could be serious consequences. On the website I looked through all the female proctologists and settled on Khainikamal Barshаnovna. The appointment went calmly and clearly for me, the treatment was selected taking into account that I am breastfeeding my child.

  The appointment was comfortable and informative, without unnecessary talk. The treatment was prescribed according to my condition as a breastfeeding woman, and advice was given for the future. I consider it excellent quality when a doctor looks a little ahead. Now everything depends on me: I received the instructions and will act on the path to a healthy body.
