The appointment was supposed to take place, but 1.5 hours before it I was informed that the doctor was ill.

I was outraged by the clinic's organisation of work: first they insistently demanded a prepayment, and they only informed me that there would be no appointment 30 minutes in advance, although there was only 1.5 hours left before the visit. It turns out they asked for the prepayment in advance, but the impossibility of the appointment became known at the last moment. This is disrespect for patients' time.
