I booked an EGD with this doctor, although I had already undergone this procedure with a man before and knew how it goes.
Disliked
The doctor behaved rudely: during the EGD she shoved the tube, explained everything in a rude tone, and after the procedure I was in a state of shock. With the man, my EGD was done comfortably, and I regretted that I booked with her and not with the man — they are more tactful. I absolutely do not recommend this doctor.

The appointment went terribly: the doctor was rude from the very beginning to the end of the appointment. It seemed to me that she was tired or got up on the wrong side of the bed. I had an EGD, and during the procedure she shouted at me to breathe properly, and roughly inserted the tube. They did not take my Helicobacter pylori tests, although I had insurance, and now I will have to undergo the examination again for them to be taken.
Disliked
The doctor is rude, she was rude from the beginning of the appointment to the end. EGD is not an easy procedure, she could have calmed and prepared me morally and psychologically, but instead she shouted at me to breathe properly. How can you breathe properly through your mouth if during the procedure they shout and roughly stick in the tube? They also did not take the Helicobacter pylori tests, although I had insurance, and now I will have to undergo the examination again. A terrible doctor, I do not recommend.
