I came for an appointment with Doctor Kymbat after a trip, in a very poor state due to neglected flu. The doctor immediately ordered tests and a CT scan, the results of which I received within an hour, and on their basis we immediately started treatment.

The doctor is a pleasant and attentive young woman, I have no complaints about her.

I have serious concerns about the medical examination: the blood test came back normal, even though I have all the symptoms of an inflammatory process, and I need confirmation for sick leave. It seems the laboratory is cutting corners, because the white blood cell count should have been elevated. It is also impossible to discuss this with the doctor, because her number is not given to anyone — I called at 17:15 during working hours, but to no avail.

She prescribed additional tests and prescribed medications in child-friendly forms, without anything unnecessary. She told us to come back for a follow-up on the tests in a week.
