But they didn't make a proper diagnosis, we took a load of tests and spent a lot of money. My mum's arm still hurts, the prescribed injections only relieved the pain for five days, and then the pain came back — the treatment didn't help.

I came to this doctor for an appointment three times. The first time I was examined attentively, asked about my complaints and prescribed tests. The second time, after I had the tests done, I was prescribed treatment. The third time I came for an adjustment of the treatment.

The only downside is that they do not give out a phone number. I live 450 km from Astana, and sometimes questions arise during treatment, and it is not possible to come quickly to clarify them.
