I came to the appointment with a two-month-old child, I warned about the age both when booking and personally to the doctor. We complained of a blocked little nose for two days, because of which the child did not sleep.
Disliked
I do not advise taking children under one year to this doctor. The doctor, barely glancing, declared that we had adenoids — at two months. He washed the nose, treated the throat with Lugol's and prescribed medications, among which were hormonal drops. At home I read the instructions: Lugol's must not be given to children under five, and Avamys — under two. The doctor also said not to give dairy and sweets, and here I was taken aback, clarified that we were only two months old, and he, it turns out, thought it was six. How can a doctor not tell a two-month-old child from a six-month-old? We did not take the treatment, tomorrow we will go to another ENT specialist at another clinic.
