We consulted the doctor about a rash in our 10-month-old baby. We were listened to attentively, examined and treatment was prescribed. We came for a follow-up appointment — a different treatment was prescribed.

I was given the wrong diagnosis, and the treatment that was prescribed did not help. On top of that, the ointment they prescribed caused severe irritation and literally burned my skin. I am extremely disappointed with the appointment.
