I came to the appointment with complaints of intestinal pain and digestive problems. The doctor asked whether I get carsick. I answered that I have been getting carsick all my life. Then he said that my gallbladder was blocked, toxins were accumulating, and he called it rubbish. To my question about what this rubbish was, there was no answer. I had an abdominal ultrasound and came back. I was told that the gas in my intestines was due to parasites. I asked where the parasites could come from if I only eat home-cooked food that has been heat-treated and drink clean water. In response I heard that Helicobacter can be transmitted through saliva, and it could also be giardia.
Disliked
It is a great pity that in a private clinic one has to encounter such medieval nonsense about toxins and rubbish in the body. I do not recommend it.

I came to see the physician Serikbayeva Sh.A. with a cold and feeling unwell. The doctor examined me and prescribed treatment, including a drip and medications. During the appointment I said several times that I was breastfeeding a two-month-old baby, and asked whether the prescriptions would harm the little one. The doctor said confidently that the medications and procedures would not affect the baby. But after the treatment started, my baby developed a severe allergy: a rash all over the body and itching. Because of this we had to seek medical help, and the baby was admitted to hospital.
Disliked
I did not like the doctor's attitude towards patients: she addressed me informally, even though we are not acquainted. I believe that a healthcare worker should observe professional ethics and communicate with patients respectfully. I was extremely dissatisfied with this specialist's work. I have previously visited your medical centre many times to see other doctors, and the quality of service has always satisfied me, so this case was a great disappointment for me. I ask you to look into this situation!
