I booked an appointment through Doq.kz for 16:00. The doctor recommended undergoing additional tests in advance — an X-ray and an abdominal ultrasound. I did everything, had my tests done and returned to the clinic at the appointed time.
Disliked
After returning, I waited more than 40 minutes outside the consulting room. The doctor was seeing another patient much longer than they should have, and there were many people in the corridor who were also complaining that the appointment schedule was not being observed. Each patient should be allocated a certain amount of time, and that should be respected. Unfortunately, despite having an appointment, the doctor never saw me. Because of this, I had my tests done for nothing, wasted time and, most importantly, did not manage to collect my six-year-old child from school on time. I consider such an attitude towards patients unacceptable. Everyone has commitments, a family and a clearly planned schedule. I ask that attention be paid to the organisation of appointments and adherence to the schedule. I hope my review will be taken into account and that this will not happen again.
