I want to thank the doctor from the bottom of my heart for her sensitive and professional attitude. Everything was explained to me in accessible language and the right treatment was selected. I don't usually write reviews, but here I felt upset about wasted time and money. I came to this doctor with ready results of an ultrasound, stool and blood tests, complaining of pain in the left hypochondrium and frequent bloating. The stool test showed pronounced dysbiosis. The doctor didn't prescribe any additional examinations, but immediately prescribed a month of treatment: Polysorb, Fetal, Creon and Ursofalk (I have a kink in my gallbladder). The appointment itself was very quick, as if the doctor was in a hurry to go somewhere. A month later I came for a follow-up appointment, but some of the complaints remained. Then she asked whether she had ordered tests for parasites, and sent me to Olimp to have tests done. No parasites were found, and she said to drink more herbs for bile flow and come back in 3 months. In the end I decided to have an FGDS myself, and they found bile in the stomach, a polyp and Helicobacter (they said that blood test results for Helicobacter are unreliable and it needs to be taken directly from the stomach). I wrote to this doctor personally and sent the FGDS result, but she didn't answer me anything.
Disliked
I wish I had realised straight away: the dysbiosis was a consequence, and the cause was in the stomach and Helicobacter. The doctor turned out to be extremely unprofessional — she immediately prescribed treatment for the CONSEQUENCE, NOT THE CAUSE. Overall, I do not recommend this doctor.

I came to the appointment 15 minutes before closing, I was a little late. Shyrailylm Aitkabylovna saw me without any questions, examined me, sent me for an ultrasound, and then explained everything.

The doctor clearly explained why and for what purpose each medication needed to be taken, even though there were many of them. After a month everything returned to normal, more than 5 months have passed — nothing bothers me so far. I am grateful for the competent treatment.

We came for the appointment on 21.11 at 11.00, but another woman was also booked for the same time. We let her go first and waited about 10 minutes. The doctor listened to the child, looked at the throat. I complained of a high temperature, shortness of breath and heavy breathing. The doctor said that we had inflammation in the bronchi and an allergic cough. I asked why there was a temperature then and whether it was definitely not pneumonia. The doctor replied that there was definitely no pneumonia. She prescribed an inhalation and SINECOD syrup, which I did not give, because I believe that with allergies and a cough, syrups are undesirable. She said to come back in two days. The next day the temperature rose again to 39.0, we went to the children's hospital, where an X-ray revealed pneumonia and antibiotics were prescribed.
