I came to this doctor for the first time, because the illness had made itself known before. I hoped that she would be able to help.

In fact, the doctor merely copied everything from the discharge summary into the conclusion — the advice turned out to be the same as before. I expected much more, since she had trained in anti-ageing medicine. In the end no diagnosis was made, although I thought the cause might be a lack of micro- or macroelements. She did not prescribe any tests either, and there was no further treatment. When I stopped taking the pills, everything improved. So I do not advise going to her. Judging by the reviews, I left disappointed…

I came for a consultation and was seen straight away. Later, after I had taken an immune test, I had doubts and suspicions about my results, and I decided to write to consult with Zhanna Biketovna. Even though she was on holiday, she looked at my tests and gave feedback.

I was left with a very good impression. The doctor listened to me attentively, explained everything competently and gave a list for all the tests regarding the diagnosis that was in question. She is a competent doctor, I recommend her. When I wrote again, Zhanna Biketovna gave everything specifically and without any remarks about the fact that I had written at a late hour — I was in such an anxious state that I did not even notice the time. A separate thank you for that. She is simply great. God grant such a doctor health and well-being. I wish Zhanna Beketovna success.
