I booked an FGDS under anaesthesia for 9:00 and arrived at the clinic at the appointed time.
Disliked
For some reason the clinic didn't have my appointment, even though I have booked through the service many times and this had never happened before. I was told they could book me for 11:00 or 10:00, but without anaesthesia. In the end I was also sent to a different doctor, not the one I had booked with.
