Patient story
I had an appointment with my teenage child, the doctor listened to both me and him.
Liked
The doctor turned out to be very knowledgeable and attentive, he communicated not like a doctor but like a person. He advised and recommended, I liked everything very much. When we were leaving the office, he told us to get a stamp, and then he came out after us, saw us and asked whether we had got it. While we were waiting for a taxi, he walked us out, stood there, looked at us and only then went back into the clinic. I want to say a big thank you to the doctor and wish him to take care of himself — we need you very much.

On 30.08.26 I attended my spouse's appointment, at first I went on my own. We saw a neurologist, he prescribed treatment, and now we are receiving it.

I came for an appointment, the doctor was attentive and tactful, gave a treatment prescription and explained in detail how to carry it out.

I liked that the doctor explained the treatment in detail, suggested additional tests for an accurate diagnosis and correct prescription, and also showed attention.

The appointment went well: I was listened to attentively, everything was explained in detail and all my questions were answered.

The doctor turned out to be a very knowledgeable and attentive specialist and gave clear recommendations. It is clear that he knows his specialty well and takes an individual approach to everyone. I would especially note his politeness, calmness and professionalism. After the appointment I was left with a very good impression and an understanding of further steps. I definitely recommend this doctor!

I booked an appointment through DOC.KZ for a specific time, but when I arrived it turned out that the clinic has a walk-in queue, and I had to wait 60 minutes.
Disliked
I didn't like that the appointment time is not respected; at the clinic they said it's only a walk-in queue, and because of that I lost an hour.
