I came for an appointment, I was late once, but they still saw me calmly. I was there twice: once with my daughter, once by myself. The doctor examined us competently and carried out the treatment. I had sinusitis, I had a nasal lavage done, and I started breathing through both nostrils — that had never happened before, I always breathed through one, then the other. My daughter also had a nasal and ear lavage done.
