I booked an ECG at 16.00 while in my last month of pregnancy. I arrived early at 15.40, but until I myself went up to the reception and clarified about my booking through Doq.kz, perhaps they did not even know about it. In the end, I was rebooked for 17.00, and I had to wait 1 hour 30 minutes, because at 16.00 they had one client for a more important procedure — a check-up, and it is more expensive, so I was simply moved. In the end, by 18.00 I left the centre very tired from waiting for an appointment that lasted 10 minutes.
