  Patient story

  The appointment took place today. The doctor listened to me and explained everything in detail. I have problems with my blood pressure and a general condition that causes discomfort. I was referred for additional tests.

  The appointment went well. The doctor listened to me attentively and treated me kindly. All my tests were reviewed and everything was explained in detail. I was referred for additional tests and an ultrasound to fully understand the diagnosis. Treatment was prescribed.

  We came for an appointment with a high temperature, we were seen quickly, the doctor is very experienced, she made prescriptions, and a drip was given right away, even though the working day was already ending and I was about to leave.

  The doctor responded quickly and turned out to be very experienced, prescribed everything, the drip was given on the spot, despite the end of the working day — a separate thank you for that. The clinic is good and clean. I would especially like to mention the nurse who put in the drip and gave the intramuscular injection (қолыңыз дерт көрмесін). Thank you for the help.

  Patient story

  I came for an appointment, and the doctor, seeing that the area near the tattoo was itching, started sending me for hepatitis tests.

  Disliked

  The doctor forgot about my other symptoms and apparently relied only on the presence of tattoos — it seems she has no idea how to work. I went to another doctor, quickly got tested for allergens, and it turned out to be an ordinary allergy. That's how you trust such 'doctors', thank God she didn't diagnose anything worse.
