Unfortunately, the attitude towards patients leaves much to be desired. In communication he is quite rude, he may smirk or grin if I say something wrong or ask a question. I was left with a feeling of dismissive attitude towards patients. I would like the doctor to be more tactful, attentive and respectful in communication, because for me it is important not only to receive qualified help, but also to feel comfortable and calm.

My child and I came for a follow-up appointment with the endocrinologist Salaudin Vakhidovich. The first time we came because of excess weight, rapid fatigue and poor wellbeing. The doctor listened to us attentively, referred us for the necessary tests, went through their results in detail and prescribed treatment. About a month and a half later, when the course was completed, we came again — and were very pleased with the results.

The child has clearly lost weight, grown 4 centimetres taller, their well-being has improved, and all the indicators have returned to normal. For us this is a huge joy and an important result. I would like to say a special thank you to the doctor for his professionalism and for his ability to find an approach to a child with special needs — during the appointment the child is calm and comfortable, and easily makes contact. The atmosphere is always friendly and calm, which is very important for us. Many thanks to Salauddin Vakhidovich for his attentive attitude, professionalism and effective treatment!
