I booked a consultation in Nursultan in advance for August. I myself am from another city and came specially for this appointment. When I arrived, I was told that the doctor was ill, and they gave me her number. The consultants never warned me about this, so I came in vain. I wrote to the doctor, explained the situation and asked for a repeat appointment. She told me to come again, but at that time I couldn't because of work. Then we arranged for about a month later, and she conducted an online consultation. I paid for it, and I have the receipt.

The doctor hasn't sent me the report for 3 months now. I paid for the appointment and I have the right to ask for my report. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the doctor's consultation!
