I came for an appointment that was booked at the fixed price indicated above. I complained of a delay in my periods, and there was also a test for 1,450 tenge. At the till I was told to pay 19,000 tenge, and a supposedly mandatory test was taken without my knowledge — I only found out about it at the till.
Disliked
I did not get an answer to a single question, I left in tears. The doctor, according to him, is not competent about prices. To the delayed periods he replied: take vitamins, we can guess what it is caused by, come back in 10 days. When I tried to ask a question, he interrupted me. When I listened silently, he said he did not like the way I was reacting, even though I was as polite as possible. The issue remained unresolved. Before that I had read bad reviews, but it turned out worse than I had imagined. I did not go back to the doctor, since during the appointment itself it was not possible to get any feedback.
