Patient story
I turned to Saule because I wanted to sort out the conflicts with my husband — we were on the verge of divorce. I had had several therapies before, and during the work with Saule I was able to understand when my husband and I should have negotiated with each other, and when I was simply transferring my childhood traumas and emotions onto my family life. Gradually came the realisation of why I behaved that way, and Saule helped me work through these issues more deeply.

The appointment began with them telling me about the confidentiality conditions. I have been to this female doctor several times, and she helped me identify the things I need to work on further.

I want to thank Saule Tulepbergenovna for her professionalism, for her sensitive and attentive attitude to each of my problems. She helped me understand myself, work out where my difficulties and fears came from. I recommend her to everyone — both girls and boys: if you cannot make sense of yourself or your family, go to a specialist. Love yourself and take care of yourself.

I turned to the psychologist Saule Smadyarova because for a long time I suffered from sharp mood swings, I was often overcome by sadness and apathy, I had no strength even to get out of bed and do something. I was also haunted by a feeling of loneliness, a sense that no one needed me, and low self-esteem. I tried to pull myself out of this state on my own, but nothing helped. In the end I still made up my mind to go to a specialist. Already at the first session we defined the goal I want to reach, found the root causes of the problem and began working with them. During the course I began to rethink my life, my views changed, I realised that everything is in my hands and that I myself can change my life, rather than wait for a life jacket from others. I see changes in my life, although the full consolidation of the sessions is still to come.

The doctor is friendly, kind, you can feel her professionalism, she puts you at ease. This will not be my last appointment with her. If you feel that you cannot cope with your problems on your own, do not be afraid to seek help from a psychologist — this way you will find a solution much faster and get an excellent result.
