The appointment was supposed to take place on 19 July 22 at 9:00, but in fact it did not happen: the general practitioner Smagul Anara Zhailaukhan did not see my dad.
Disliked
The doctor, glancing at the record, declared that there were debts for OSMS from the past year, and started laughing at my dad together with the nurse — so loudly that it could be heard all down the corridor. I see no reason for laughter. She didn't even look at the test results, sent my dad to pay the 'debt' and didn't explain anything properly. Why such disrespect towards a patient? Dad is still coughing, and instead of help the doctor just frays nerves and spoils the mood. We demand a normal, human appointment with a competent specialist, not with Smagul A. Zh.
