I had a plantar wart, and the doctor said it needed to be frozen with liquid nitrogen. He performed this procedure, it was very painful, but I understood that it would be. He said that in 7-10 days everything would go away, a blister would swell up and burst on its own, and I shouldn't touch it or apply anything to it. The day after the procedure, my leg became very swollen, numbness and terrible throbbing pain began. I endured it for 3 days, but to my complaints the doctor replied that I should burst the blister myself and apply Levomekol. How can a person without a medical education make an incision themselves, and with what? On the 4th day, an ambulance took me to City Polyclinic No. 2, where a surgeon opened these blisters, treated them, and prescribed antibiotics and dressings. When asked why such severe swelling had developed, the surgeon said that this doctor had affected healthy skin tissue, and that was why the skin had reacted that way. The wart remained and is growing; now I'm trying to remove it at home with greater celandine. The appointment cost 8,000 tenge just for the examination, and the next liquid nitrogen procedure at another clinic where he works is 3,500.

I do not recommend this doctor: the problem remained, there was no result from the terrible procedure, although I took more than a week to recover. It would not have been so upsetting if I had not had to endure unbearable pain for nothing. Money down the drain, terrible pain, zero result. After his procedure I lay at home for a week to recover, lost shifts at work, it was impossible to put weight on my leg, and money also went on antibiotics and dressing supplies after the surgeon.
