Patient story
I booked online for 12:30, but I was asked to move it to 13:15–13:20, they said there was a patient. I came at 13:20 and waited until 13:45, the doctor came in from outside. Then he examined me and said it could be the liver, or maybe something else. He prescribed pills for itching and a cream, even though I hadn't said that I was itching. If it doesn't help, come back in a month.
Disliked
It seemed to me that the doctor didn't care about me: pay the money and get out. He prescribed pills for itching and a cream, even though I hadn't complained of itching. The reception is a whole separate topic.

The appointment went well: the doctor listened to me, explained everything unhurriedly, without fuss, and immediately prescribed treatment — clearly and competently. I wasn't sent for tests: the doctor examined me and prescribed treatment.
