In 2017 and 2018 I had 5 implants placed, and Mr Turgynbayev M.N. himself placed the implant. One implant on the left side went into the maxillary sinus and is still there to this day.
He did not report this and placed a 6th implant. I only found out about this in 2025. A court case is now ongoing, he does not admit his guilt, I will prove it and will write.

Several years ago I was a patient of this doctor when she worked at Astana Dent on Highvill in the city of Astana. My braces were fitted in the evening, I went home, and in the morning sores appeared on my cheeks from the rubbing. I started calling the clinic and the doctor directly, but she had flown off for training and had left me no recommendations. I had to go to another dental clinic, where I was prescribed a mouthwash, gels for pain relief and healing, and so on.
The doctor showed her lack of professionalism from the very first day. The worst was yet to come: for many years now, after the manipulations with my jaw, my jaw clicks, and it turned out that she had not taken a CT scan and had not monitored the condition of the components during bite correction. This is the most terrible thing. I want to warn her patients: be careful with this doctor. I now face lengthy treatment because of this specialist; it is hard to call her a specialist.

The X-ray showed that the filling had come out of the tooth crookedly. I was told that even first-year students do this correctly, since the tooth has a single root. In the end the tooth had to be removed — it was a perforation, it was impossible to save it. The whole bone and the area around it became inflamed.
