Patient story
I came for tonsillor lavage. The doctor refused me, explaining this by redness of the throat and by the fact that lavage in such a condition could lead to sepsis. At the same time he lavaged with a syringe, and this had no effect even with treatment. He also said that I had redness inside the nose, and suggested lavage with a cuckoo.
Disliked
After the procedure I had swelling, I could not breathe, no matter how much I lavaged with just Aqualor and took antihistamines. They started an antibiotic drip, as I had severe tonsillitis after pneumonia. Only after the second drip did I start breathing and sleeping. They took a lot of money from me, including the bacterial culture 20 thousand, and the effect was the opposite. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Patient story
I came for the appointment regarding an acute process, and the doctor also noticed a chronic one. I was immediately prescribed additional tests for complications, and I had them done within a couple of hours in the same building.
Liked
I have no questions about the doctor himself: he did everything competently and carefully. Only positive impressions from the doctor, I'm glad I ended up with him so fortunately — the chronic process was noticed in time. I will recommend him and will now come only to Aziz Aivazovich.
Disliked
It's not very convenient that the clinic has a live queue.

The appointment took place with Suleyev A.A., we came with my teenage son for treatment, and it was already the second visit.

I am very grateful to the doctor for his professionalism and the work done: he easily finds an approach to children, prescribed competent treatment, and improvements are noticeable from the very first days. At the second appointment we received further recommendations on care.

The appointment was a follow-up, after another doctor from the same clinic.
Disliked
It seemed to me that the doctor didn't particularly want to delve into everything that was happening and simply did everything according to the previous doctor's instructions, without examining the problem in detail. Because of this, a complication later arose, and I was treated in hospital.

I came for the appointment, there were two more patients before me, which we were in principle warned about. The doctor examined me, and it turned out that I have acute otitis.
Liked
The doctor knows his business, it is visible and felt.
Disliked
The live queue, of course, is not great, but not critical. You can feel that they want to push the patient: for some reason he sent me for an X-ray costing 16 thousand, and when I refused, the attitude changed immediately. He didn't prescribe the full treatment, I had to ask and keep asking, to which he said to come for a second appointment. I don't have time to run around to appointments, I want to get the full course of treatment at once, and not come back with a complication. It's a great pity that you feel more of a desire to push the patient than to help.

We have been going to this doctor for several months now. At the appointment the doctor always examines thoroughly and prescribes the right treatment. My son does not like hospitals, but he goes to our ENT without fear.

The doctor knows how to find an approach to a child. I want to thank Suleev A.A. for such an attitude towards children and for his professionalism — a doctor by vocation! At the appointment there is no rush, no irritation, no indifference, only good emotions and real help. I wish there were more doctors like this! Today I had an appointment, and I had to deal with the medical staff.
Disliked
The attitude towards people is terrible, the medical staff leaves much to be desired. It feels as if money is the main thing for them. They did not install the system without a receipt, because the cash desk was closed.

I consulted this doctor myself and brought my child to him. The doctor quickly determined why the child snores and sleeps with his mouth open; now we are undergoing treatment with him.

We came to the doctor with severe ear pain. He immediately made a diagnosis and found out what had caused the illness. Right away, without delay, he performed a puncture of the eardrum, because my daughter had acute otitis media and a lot of pus had accumulated over three days of illness. He also cleaned the nasal passages and ears.

The doctor is very good, sensitive and attentive to patients. He performed all the manipulations correctly and prescribed effective treatment, so already the next day the child's condition improved: the headache and earache went away, and the temperature went down. Many thanks to Aziz Aivazovich for his help, for his professionalism and tactful attitude!
