The appointment was very unpleasant. I had to wait three hours. I came with complaints about my throat, but instead the doctor cleaned my ear and did not even recommend any test for the throat. He prescribed tests that did not help me at all, and prescribed useless medicines. When I sent him the results of my tests on WhatsApp, he did not even look at them and did not reply. Each treatment cost 25000 tenge, and there was still no improvement in how I felt.

He prescribed useless tests and medicines, did not look at the results I sent via WhatsApp, and did not reply. Instead of treating my throat, he cleaned my ear and did not recommend a throat test. For a long time I was troubled by headaches and a blocked ear, so I booked an appointment through the doq.kz website. At the initial appointment the doctor examined me and referred me for a CT scan of the paranasal sinuses. On the website the cost of the initial appointment was 2800, but when I came to the hospital I paid 2100 under a promotion — that was a pleasant bonus. At the follow-up examination the doctor confirmed that I had had chronic sinusitis for many years and prescribed treatment with medications and nasal sinus irrigation. Before that I had been treated for a year and a half by three different specialists, but it was all to no avail.

I want to thank Dr Aziz Aivazovich for his high professionalism and warm attitude towards patients. He is a wonderful specialist, and I gladly recommend him to all my acquaintances who, like me, were looking for a competent doctor. The prices for procedures are quite reasonable and affordable, unlike in other clinics. The doctor did not prescribe unnecessary expensive medications. The nasal lavage procedure (cuckoo) was quite comfortable — in previous clinics my blood vessels were constantly touched, and it ended with a nosebleed, whereas Aziz Aivazovich performs the procedures delicately, paying attention to all the nuances. The treatment he prescribed helped me recover and return to a normal way of life. Thank you.

I was examined together with my mother by a doctor at Emirmed. My mother had pus in her ear, but the doctor could not see that the eardrum was perforated. He said that perhaps a nurse had examined me. For treatment he prescribed Augmentin.

The doctor still doesn't know their job properly, has no experience. They couldn't give any proper treatment for the pus in my mother's ear. I deeply regretted going and wasting my time. Other doctors said the ear was perforated and that lavage with an antibiotic was needed, while your doctors said suctioning was needed and took 3000 tenge from me. Later other ENT doctors said: "How can you do suctioning, your ear is full of pus, there's pus behind the perforation, which doctor have you been going to?" When I said my mother's eardrum was perforated, they said: "Probably like a needle's perforation." But in reality, after you I went to the presidential one, everywhere they showed the perforation, they even showed it with a camera. Augmentin is not an antibiotic that clears pus, it's too weak, we only took it for nothing. They couldn't act to remove the pus and treat it. Very weak, I even regret giving a rating of 1. I went for a week and with your treatments the pus only increased. Now they say we need surgery.
