We booked for 02:00, but sat in the queue for an hour and a half. Three people were booked for the same time, and we had children with us, and as everyone knows, they cannot sit still quietly, especially when they are ill. Then we were sent for an X-ray, where we lost another hour, and we only got out of there at 6 in the evening. We pay privately so as to go in and come out on time, and I regretted going to you, it would have been better to go to an ordinary hospital. This is my honest review, and I am writing about your clinic in general.

The doctor is very rude, it feels as if she is seeing you for free. She treats you as if she is tired, has not had a drink, has not eaten. You can organise a proper schedule, we are not to blame, we came by appointment, but nobody said that she was upset, on a break, that she had not eaten, had not had a meal, had not gone to the toilet. And this is her attitude to children too: do not touch this, not there, do not lie down, you will lie down at home, read this quickly, you can leave, and you will infect me, I will get ill. Why does she work as a doctor, that I cannot understand.
