The appointment started exactly at the appointed time, I didn't have to wait. The X-ray was done quickly, the results were ready within 5 minutes, they were sent to me on WhatsApp and given on paper.

I have a complaint about the employee sitting at the reception desk: in an age of advanced technology, she cannot send an X-ray paper via WhatsApp. "We don't have that," she said. You should train the employee who doesn't know how to send a paper as a file via WhatsApp. Nowadays all data is online, everything is done via files.

The doctor is attentive, helped with my problem, prescribed treatment. The treatment was prescribed with Soviet drops and ointments, which I think work much more effectively than modern ones. What surprised me most at the pharmacy: 2 types of drops and an ointment cost 1,700 tenge. Today I am receiving treatment for other eye problems, and drops are never less than 5,000. So thank you to the doctor for a budget-friendly prescription.
