I booked the procedure "X-ray of the head (skull)", which was listed on the clinic's website. I came, even though I felt very unwell and could barely move.
Disliked
At the reception the girl said that they do not perform such a procedure, only an X-ray of the nasal sinuses is possible. When I asked her to check with the doctor, she lied that she had already checked, although I saw that she did not even call anyone. I do not understand why they open bookings for services that are not performed. The reception staff are completely incompetent.

I booked an appointment with this doctor, but for some reason my son was seen by a female doctor. The doctor clearly said that an X-ray of the left arm was needed, but the report was made of the right one. The doctor was not there.
Disliked
This probably relates more to the service. As I understand it, the laboratory technician made the report and mixed up the arms. The attitude towards patients is terrible.

We booked through the website, and once there it turned out that there is a live queue for the X-ray, and they don't warn you about this anywhere. We were seen not by Surmin S.V., but by another woman doctor.

The administrator at reception is an extremely rude girl. A paid clinic should provide service, quality and quick assistance, otherwise people would only go to state institutions. With such an attitude at reception, the clinic won't get far, even if professionals work in the consulting rooms. And so — for your own money, excuse me.
