Patient story
I came to Zere clinic at Anet baba 11/3, but the clinic turned out to be closed. The security guard came out and said that they were not working. I also called, a girl picked up the phone and said she would call back, but after that no one called back. Because of this, I had to go to another clinic and queue without an appointment.
Disliked
I wasted time because I went to a clinic that was not working. No one called me back, although they promised to. If your information is inaccurate, why do you publish it?

The appointment took place, the doctor examined the child, loosened the plaster cast and applied a dressing.
Liked
Overall I am satisfied with the doctor. He is a professional in his field, he gave clear recommendations for further treatment. The clinic is bright, cosy and clean.
Disliked
The clinic is on the second floor, which is not very convenient, especially with a small child, and the room is very stuffy.

I had an appointment with the doctor, two weeks have passed since the consultation.
Liked
I really liked the appointment. I felt comfortable, I got answers to all my questions and was able to explain my condition. The doctor explained everything slowly and well.
Disliked
Unfortunately, the consultation and the prescribed treatment were of no use at all. Even though two weeks have passed since the appointment, I am still unable to find a cure for my illness.

I consulted an orthopaedic surgeon, Suiindik Birzhan Eszhan, at the Zere clinic because of severe pain in my knee joint. The doctor studied my ultrasound and CT scans in detail, asked me about the pain and also explained how the further treatment would proceed. He wrote me a prescription.
Liked
The doctor was very attentive: he looked at all the scans, asked questions about the pain and explained everything to me. It is good that there are such competent young specialists — there should be more of them.
