I went to this doctor for the first time, chose him based on reviews and because it was the earliest appointment available. My child is three years old, we came to have his ear checked, as the child complained of pain. The doctor found otitis and nasal swelling, and immediately prescribed treatment and physiotherapy. I booked an appointment with an ENT through doq.kz, and it cost significantly less than going to Emir Med directly. I needed to have earwax removed. The appointment was at 22:00, I arrived on time, but there were still 3 people ahead of me, and I waited about 20 minutes. The doctor removed the wax quickly and without pain, examined both ears, as well as the throat and nose.

I have no complaints about the doctor himself: he removed the wax painlessly and quickly, and examined everything. The appointment through the app cost 3,500, whereas going directly to the clinic would have been 7,000.

I thought only one ear needed cleaning, but the doctor said the second one also needed cleaning, and I agreed. At the same time, cleaning each ear costs 3,500, that is, another 7,000 for both, and in the end the ear cleaning cost 10,500.
