I came to this doctor for an appointment because of an itch in my nose that had been tormenting me for about 4 months, and I didn't know it was an allergy.

The doctor didn't numb the area, inserted a tampon into the ear and said it would take effect within 30 minutes, but an hour passed and the pain remained the same as it was.

The doctor is very competent and approached his work skilfully. In most hospitals at night all the doctors are sleepy and reluctant to work, but this doctor is not. Thank you, doctor.

One downside — in my opinion the procedures are slightly overpriced, maybe because I don't get ill often and don't know the prices.

The appointment with this specialist took place, and I was extremely dissatisfied. I am a doctor myself, though already retired, and such an attitude upset me very much.

The specialist is very weak: even expensive equipment doesn't help him. He has little knowledge, even fewer skills, but plenty of ambition and thirst for money. He knows no more than I do, even though I'm not an ENT. There was zero attention to me — apparently, he doesn't like those who come with a discount. And at the end of the appointment, young nurses came in to see him, and he completely forgot about me. I won't set foot in this centre again.

Praise be to Allah that we got in to see him. He is a wonderful and competent specialist: he immediately made the correct diagnosis and started treatment. Everything was quick and of high quality. My husband and I are very pleased, our son is healthy, Alhamdulillah.

I came for an appointment with the doctor, and it turned out to be a waste of time and money — as if I had thrown them to the wind.
Disliked
The doctor is incompetent: he did not really explain anything, he only referred to the fact that my nerve had caught a cold, and sent me to a neurologist, and on top of that, pay for it. He does not answer questions properly. I was one of the regular patients, but now I am wondering whether it is even worth going to this polyclinic. That is how the image gets ruined and clients are lost.
