Patient story
My child had nasal congestion, and we went to doctors in Almaty for many years. Nurislam Turdybekovich turned out to be the only one who found the cause. Before that, from the age of 4, over the course of 8 years, other doctors treated a non-existent sinusitis, which in fact turned out to be cysts in the sinus. The child was pumped with antibiotics twice a year, and no one wanted to look for the cause. Nurislam Turdybekovich insisted on surgery, and then performed all the procedures after it for better healing.

We came for an appointment, but this doctor was not there, and we were referred to another one — Sherkhan, I think. He could not examine him himself and performed the earwax suction procedure without warning us, and at the end he even presented a bill.
Disliked
My little one had no complaints, there were no problems with the ears, the doctor prescribed nothing, but at the same time they push additional services, without mentioning the price and without even stating that this is a separate service👎

The appointment went well: the doctor listened to me and answered all the questions that concerned me. He found an approach to the child. He performed the nasal lavage and throat treatment carefully, without pain. He prescribed treatment, which we will follow.

I came for an appointment for the first time on 2 July, complaining about my ears. The doctor saw me and examined me.

The doctor identified problems I did not even suspect. He prescribed competent treatment, and by the next day I already felt better. He did not push unnecessary procedures, which is important to me. I would definitely recommend him to friends.

The appointment was on a walk-in queue, so I had to wait quite a long time. There were a lot of patients for this doctor, and I think that says a lot about his high professionalism. The doctor examined my daughter and immediately determined what was troubling her, and prescribed medicines.

I take my younger children for treatment to Nurislam Turdybekovich across the whole city, even though there are other ENT clinics nearby. My eldest son is also treated by him, and he treated my husband's ear boils. You could say he is our family ENT doctor.
Liked
Nurislam Turdybekovich is a young and qualified doctor. He always makes the correct diagnosis and prescribes competent treatment. I no longer want experiments with other clinics. He is a true doctor with a capital D, for his conscientious work. It is not for nothing that around 150 clients give him 10 points — that is not done just like that.
