Patient story
After free specialists and their attitude, my child could not stand doctors at all. As soon as he saw a white coat, he would start screaming, and there was no calming him down. Only being taken away could satisfy him. But here he sat with pleasure, even showed his ear, opened his mouth and calmly raised his head. It is simply fantastic, I was in shock.

We fell in love with the doctor. It is a pity that the doctor is only an ENT specialist, she would be great in paediatrics. I am absolutely delighted with the examination.

The appointment went as it should. Sytdykova M. T. listened to me attentively, sorted everything out and explained it. At the clinic, the administrators greeted me normally and told me which office to go to and how to get up there.

The appointment went well, the doctor received us with the child and talked to him.

I really liked how the doctor received us and how she communicated with the child: she found a common language with him and managed to put him at ease. I also really liked the clinic, and the prices there, I think, are average.
