After the examination, the doctor prescribed me a nasal rinse. Right there on the spot they rinsed my nose, and only afterwards told me how much I needed to pay extra. I had tests done, now I will have to go to this same clinic again.

I was told about the need to pay extra only after the procedure, not in advance. At that moment I might not have had that amount with me, or the money had been set aside for something else. My nose was washed, I paid for the procedure, but I did not notice any significant result.
