Patient story
At the end of June I came for an appointment with the neurologist Takenov T Zh at the Capcula V clinic, I had an MRI report. The office turned out to be completely empty, without a computer. The doctor examined me visually, complained that he could not look at the MRI disc, and said that everything was within normal limits — no protrusion, no hernia. He prescribed a medication, I took it all, but the pain did not go away. Then I went to another neurologist, and not just one, and it turned out that I have both a hernia and a protrusion.
Disliked
So it turns out that some time was lost, I started treatment later. I am very disappointed. Other private neurologists charge from 5 to 10 thousand tenge, while his fee is 14000, and the result is zero.

Recently I had an appointment with Doctor Takenov. I was given recommendations and all my questions were answered. I am very glad that I ended up with him specifically. I hope the treatment will be beneficial. I want to thank the doctor and the clinic. A few weeks later I am adding to my review: I finished the treatment with a positive result, the symptoms I consulted the doctor about have almost disappeared. I feel better! Thank you!

The appointment took place, the doctor listened to me and went through everything in detail. An effective course of treatment was selected for me, and I decided to shorten it a little at my own discretion: I kept the injections — 2 medications, and refused the drip with 1 medication. Even such a course, about 2/3 of it, was enough to cope with the pain in the middle part of my chest.

I came from far away for an appointment with Zhanat Toleubayevich, and the treatment requires time.

I highly recommend this doctor: he is a knowledgeable and competent specialist. He listened to me attentively and answered all the questions that concerned me. While the treatment was ongoing, he kept in touch with me online and responded if anything came up. And since I had come from far away, he left me his phone number. One can only hope that everything will be fine.
