I got in to see the doctor only an hour after the appointed time. We had agreed on 18:00, but the doctor, as it turned out, had left and had not warned anyone. In the end I did get in for the appointment, the doctor examined me quickly and advised me to come back to them in a month for hirudotherapy (leech treatment).

The appointment went like this: we were seen first, the doctor worked quickly. For my mother, who walks poorly, a chair was brought out of the clinic and they helped her while she was getting there.

The doctor did not listen to us: she paid no attention to what we said, nor to the advice and recommendations we had received before her from other specialists. In the clinic the blood pressure monitor was not working properly — my mother's blood pressure was measured incorrectly, even though she had already had the procedure. When I reacted, they replied that everything was correct on their side and that they knew better. In the end I was overcharged: instead of 12 leeches they counted 13, and taking into account the discount for my mother, a pensioner, they still owe me 1000 tenge; they said they would return it next time, but I think there will be no next time. I no longer have any desire to go to them.

I liked the individual approach to each patient. The doctor said everything specifically, promptly and clearly, without beating about the bush. The prescribed treatment is effective, and a good result can be achieved with it.
Disliked
In other clinics, doctors beat about the bush, do not explain anything properly, and the treatment can stop halfway. Here that was not the case.
