When I came to the appointment, the doctor was working with a patient, and she did an ultrasound on me with those same gloves.
Disliked
I was not satisfied: it seemed as if she was doing it for free, if I asked a question she did not want to answer, sanitation was not observed at all.

On 13.06.2026 I went for an ultrasound, it was the first screening. The doctor first started saying that my waters had broken, that I had supposedly been ill and was ill with flu. And then in the conclusions she wrote that I had low placentation. I was horrified. When I got home, I discovered that she had written everything incorrectly: she put the first day of the last menstrual period of the cycle as an earlier date, and the gestational age and the EDD were also wrong.
Disliked
When I started calling, no one answered the calls, and WhatsApp was blocked altogether. The call centre, it turns out, works online — you cannot get through to them. I do not recommend going there.

I was booked in for an appointment, and an hour before it they sent a confirmation asking whether I would come. I confirmed. When I arrived at the clinic, it turned out to be closed: no lights on, no people, the doors locked with a key. I called the number that was posted on the doors: it rang, then they hung up, and so on about five times.

In the end I lost about three hours of time, because I live on the other side of the city.

I came to the clinic, but it was closed — neither the doctor nor the nurses were there.
Disliked
It says they work without days off and from 9 to 21, but the clinic is completely closed. How can that be? Could they not have cancelled the appointments, since they are not working, or called and warned? They do not answer the phones: after five calls they barely picked up. Awful.

I went for an appointment with doctor Gulziya, and this visit turned out to be pointless.
Disliked
The doctor turned out to be incompetent: she could not determine the sex of the child. I had previously had a screening at the second prenatal centre, where I was given an accurate answer, but here doctor Gulziya did not even see the fold between the uterus. I went there for nothing.
