I came for an ultrasound, asked questions, but never got answers to them.
Disliked
It seems to me that she is not an ultrasound specialist, the machine is old. She does not answer questions properly: you ask something, and she says — why do you need this, in the sense of why, what for. Then why did I come — to find answers to my questions. Nightmare. It seems to me that the reviews here are bought. You ask her questions — you ask one thing, she answers another. This is the first time I have seen such an ultrasound doctor, she explains nothing.

At 8 months pregnant, I came for a foetal ultrasound, I was anxious.
Disliked
The machine is old. The ultrasound doctor said nothing during the examination, she said she would explain at the end. I never got the explanations, I had to read the interpretation of her report on paper with the result via JPT.

I arrived late for my appointment, but the doctor waited and saw me. You enter through the Phoenix pharmacy, and there was no sign there.

I came to the clinic for a pelvic ultrasound. During the examination itself, the ultrasound doctor told me that internal (transvaginal) and external (transabdominal) ultrasound are two different procedures, and so I was charged double for what was essentially a single examination.
Disliked
I was told about this already during the examination, and it was not confirmed by the clinic's official price list. I believe that I was misled in this way, and this violates the principles of transparency in the provision of paid medical services.
